Recently I was watching the channel 7 TV show Sunrise and came across a really exciting story about a device called ‘Injex’. It’s produced by a company called Dentavision.
Just think, all those times you avoided going to the dentist because just the thought of a needle made you want to faint, are now gone!
Your poor teeth no longer need to be neglected. Injex is a simple spring loaded device which fills with anaesthesia. The dentist holds it up to your gum line inside your mouth just like a traditional needle. Then, all they need to do is push a button on the device and presto! you won’t feel a thing as the anaesthesia kicks in. It really is as simple as the way I just described it.
Instead of taking 5 to 8 seconds to work like a traditional needle, Injex administers immediately. It has already been used on many patients who say it’s completely pain free which is good enough for me!
